CORN SALAD

List of Ingredients
Combine in bowl:
· 14 oz. can shoepeg corn, drained (I use up to 20 oz.)
· 2 tomatoes, chopped (or 1 box cherry tomatoes, diced)
· 1 bell pepper, seeded & chopped
· 1 cucumber, peeled & chopped
· 1 purple onion, chopped
Combine separately:
· 1/2 C. sour cream
· 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
· 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
· 1/2 tsp. celery seed
· 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
· 1/2 tsp. black pepper
· 2 tsp. salt
Recipe
Mix all together. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
