Chinese Chicken Salad

This can be doubled with no problems. I often take this to pot lucks and come home with nothing! You can leave the chicken out if desired for a great salad.
List of Ingredients
1 pkg. Ramen noodles, chicken flavor
1/2 head of sm. cabbage OR 1 (8 oz) pkg fresh coleslaw mix
2 green onions, chopped
2 c. cubed or shredded cooked chicken
2 T. sugar
3 T. rice vinegar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
4 T. sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted

In a medium bowl, crumble dry Ramen noodles into small pieces. Add coleslaw mix, green onions and chicken. Toss to mix.
In a small bowl, combine sugar, rice vinegar, vegetable oil, sesame oil and 1/2 of Ramen flavor packet. Mix well.
Pour over chicken mixture. Toss to coat.
Chill at least 8 hours or up to 48 hours.
Before serving, toss in sesame seeds and almonds.
