Creole Salad

List of Ingredients
1 pkg (10-ounce) elbow macaroni or any pasta of your choice
2 Tablespoons Italian dressing, bottled
1 teaspoon onion, grated
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
3/4 cups stuffed green olives, sliced
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 cup mayonnaise
Dash of cayenne pepper Recipe
Cook pasta as directions. Drain. Place in serving container. Sprinkle with Italian dressing and add onion. Let cool. Add tomatoes, olives and cheese. Stir gently. Add mayonnaise and cayenne pepper. Keep refrigerated.
Serves 4 to 6.
Posted by: grammacookie: I got this recipe from Susiebear_ga in a recipe swap and tried it Friday night for a potluck we went to. It got rave reviews from everyone including my picky DH who said it was a keeper and I could make that anytime! The only tweak I made was to add 2 cups of chopped cooked chicken to the ingredients.
