Deli Style Shrimp & Crab Salad

List of Ingredients
1 (16 oz. pkg.) imitation crab meat, rinsed,chopped,and thoroughly dried (so mayo will stick)
1 lb. small to med shrimp, peeled, deviened and cooked,(don't chop)
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3-4 celery stalks, chopped small
Best Foods/Hellmann’s mayonnaise, enough to bind
Salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Just mix everything in a bowl, cover w/plastic wrap and put in refrigerator for a couple of hours to get nice and cold then either eat as a salad or spread on crackers.
***If the crab is too wet the mayo won’t mix well. I buy the already cooked and cleaned small to med shrimp. I also try to find the thin green onions for this.
Posted by: SoCalScottishGal: This is my T&T recipe that I have made for years. When I take it anywhere the bowl always comes home empty. I never really thought of it as a recipe because I just sort of threw it all together and this is what I came up with. Oh yes, this is really good spread on Ritz crackers too. The amounts of green onion and celery are approx. amounts to your taste. I was thinking about adding 1/2 - 1 tsp. Old bay seasoning next time I make it.
