Doreen’s Shrimp Rice Salad

List of Ingredients
1 cup raw rice, cooked according to package directions
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green onion
1 cup bay shrimp, rinsed and drained
1 cup Mayo, only Best foods/Helmans
1 Tablespoon curry powder
Recipe
Mix cooked rice (still warm), celery, green onions and shrimp in large bowl.
In smaller bowl, mix mayo and curry until blended. Add to rice mixture. Mix well.
Chill at least 1 hour before serving on a bed of lettuce.
