    List of Ingredients




    8 large red potatoes, cubed
    4-5 hard cooked eggs, chopped
    1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
    2/3 cup sour cream
    3 Tablespoons sugar
    3 Tablespoons cider or red wine vinegar
    2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
    1-2 teaspoons dried minced onion
    1 teaspoon celery seed
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Scrub and cube the potatoes; place in saucepan and cover with water. Cover and bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook until tender; 15-20 minutes. Drain and cool slightly. Place in a bowl and add eggs. In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients; pour over potatoes and toss to coat. Refigerate overnight to blend flavors.
