    Greek Isle Pasta Salad

    3 c farfalle (bow-tie) pasta, uncooked
    2 c baby spinach leaves
    1 C feta cheese crumbles
    1 c cherry tomatoes, halved
    3/4 c drained canned chickpeas (garbonso beans), rinsed
    1/2 c Greek vinaigrette dressing
    1/2 c slice ripe olives

    Recipe



    Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Place in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Serve immediately or cover & refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 8 servings, 1 cup each. [This was really good and I don't care for garbonso beans...might leave them out or you could sub your fav bean!!]
