    1/2 c light cream
    1 tsp granulated sugar
    1/4 c vinegar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 mediul head of Iceberg Or Leaf Lettuce
    1/2 c scallions, chopped

    Recipe



    Mix the first 4 ingredients, blending well. Break up the lettuce in a salad bowl. Add the scallions, then the cream mixture. Toss and serve.
