    Shrimp Salad with Hot Bacon Dressing

    4 slices of bacon, cut into 4 slices and cooked until crisp, drippings reserved
    1/4 cup white vinegar
    1 Tbs sugar
    1/4 tsp ground mustard
    4 cups lightly packed bite-sized spinach leaves
    1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 cup crumbled Feta cheese
    1/2 pound of cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp

    Recipe



    Cook bacon. Add the vinegar, sugar and mustard to the reserved drippings.

    Toss the spinach, mushrooms, cheese and shrimp in a large bowl. Drizzle with the hot bacon and dressing. Toss to coat and serve immediately.
