Hot Mushroom Dip/Spread

List of Ingredients
4 slices of bacon, reserve 2 Tbs of the fat
1/2 pound of sliced mushrooms ( white button or a blend )
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 clove of garlic chopped
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
2 tsp worcestershire sauce and soy sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbs flour
salt and pepper to season
Recipe
Saute the mushrooms, onions and garlic in the reserved bacon fat. Add the flour, salt and pepper and whisk till smooth. Add the cream cheese, worcestershire sauce and soy saue. Heat till the cheese melts. Stir in the sour cream and crumbled bacon.
Serve with Toasted Pita Bread.
