    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 T. prepared horseradish
    2 t. Dijon mustard (I used Gulden’s Spicy Brown)


    Recipe



    Mix and chill for several hours.

    My notes: I think this would be great with any kind of roast (beef, pork) and it is excellent on corned beef.
