    BUBBA GUMP SHRIMP DESTIN

    Recipe Introduction

    List of Ingredients

    2 lb. unpeeled large fresh shrimp
    1/4 C. chopped green onions
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 C. butter or margarine, melted
    1 T. dry white wine
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
    1 tsp. dried dillweed
    1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
    2 French bread rolls, split lengthwise and toasted

    Recipe

    Peel and devein shrimp. Cook green onions and garlic in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until tender. Add shrimp, wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; cook over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally. Stir in dillweed and parsley. Spoon shrimp mixture evenly over toasted rolls. Serve immediately.
