    Plan Ahead: Needs to marinate 2 to 3 hours or overnight.

    List of Ingredients




    4 cloves Garlic, minced
    1 c. Olive Oil
    4 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
    2 tsp. Dried Basil
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco Sauce (more if desired)
    2 lbs. Large Fresh Shrimp, peeled & deveined (about 20-25 per pound)

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a shallow dish; mix well. Add shrimp, tossing gently to coat. Cover and marinate 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator (or overnight), stirring occasionally.

    Remove shrimp from marinade, reserving marinade. Place shrimp on six 14 inch skewers. Grill over medium-hot coals 3 to 4 minutes on each side, basting frequently with reserved marinade.

    DO NOT OVERCOOK, as overcooking causes shrimp to be tough.
