    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm® Frozen Puff Pastry Shells
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 lb. med-shrimp, shelled & deveined
    1/2 lb. scallops, cut into halves
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 t. garlic powder OR 2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 T flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 T. chopped fresh parsley

    Bake pastry shells according to pkg. directions. Melt 1/2 the butter in skillet. Add shrimp & scallops & cook until done. Season with salt & pepper if desired. Remove seafood mixture. Add mushrooms & garlic & cook until mushrooms are tender & liquid evaporates. Add remaining butter. Stir in flour until smooth. Add milk. Cook & stir until mixture boils & thickens. Cook 2 min. Add cheese & parsley & stir until cheese melts. Return seafood mixture to skillet & heat through. Serve in pastry shells. Serves 6

    Prep: 40 min. Bake: 30 min.
