    DANISH SUGAR BROWNED POTATOES

    2 cans whole potatoes
    4 T butter
    4 T sugar

    Recipe



    Drain the potatoes and rinse them under cold running water; dry on a towel. Melt the butter in a large skillet over low heat and stir in the sugar. Heat until light golden brown. (Watch carefully, as it scorches and burns easily.) Add the potatoes and shake the pan constantly until they are hot and coated with caramel on all sides.
