l lb frozen hash brown potatoes
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
l cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
Combine all ingredients. Place in greased casserole. Cover top with 1 cup crushed cornflakes and l Tbsp butter.
Bake 45 minutes at 350ºF.
