Mom’s Turkey Stuffing

List of Ingredients
1 pkg Jiffy Cornbread
1 medium Onion
1+ tsp Poultry Seasoning
1 Loaf Bread
4 Green Onions
Giblets; cooked & chopped
1/2 stick Margarine
1/2 Bell Pepper
Broth from Giblets
2 Eggs
3 stalks of Celery
1/4 cup Parsley
Recipe
Cook cornbread and crumble fine. Bake bread at 300° until brown.
Soak bread in warm water until soft, then squeeze out water and crumble. Chop vegetables and saute in margarine.
Add vegetables to bread mixture.
Beat 2 eggs; add to bread mixture. Add Salt and pepper to taste. Add Poultry Seasoning.
Pour in some giblet broth slowly to bread mixture and mix to a moist texture.
Reserve remaining broth and neck bone for gravy.
OPTIONAL:
Fresh Oysters - Add juice to bread mixture. Saute´ oysters until they shrivel up. Canned Oysters - do not need to be saute´d.
