Overnight Company Potatoes

List of Ingredients
7 medium pototoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 t. salt
1/2 c. butter
3 t. minced onion
1 pint (2 c.) sour cream
1/2 t. pepper
1 c. corn flakes, made into crumbs
2 T. melted butterRecipe
Boil potatoes with jackets until just done. Cool, peel and grate.
Heat butter with soup. Add remaining ingredietns, mix with potatoes and put in greased pyrex baking dish. Top with corn flakes crumbs mixture.
Refrigerate overnight (VERY important...do not skip!).
Bake 350º for 45 mins.
