16 oz. pkg. of lasagna noodles
oil for frying
salt and one of the following: paprika, curry powder, chili powder, etc. OR omit salt and use in place of the salt either celery salt, garlic salt or onion salt

Either make these earlier in the day or up to two weeks ahead of serving.
Prepare lasagna noodles as package directs. Drain well and blot excess moisture with paper towels. With kitchen shears cut each lasagna noodle crosswise into about 6 - 2" pieces. Heat oil (1" deep) in a pan to 370 degrees. Fry cooked lasagna pieces for 5 minutes. Drain well on paper towels. Sprinkle lasagna pieces with salt and one of the following; paprika, curry powder, chili powder, etc. or omit salt and use in place of the salt either celery salt, garlic salt or onion salt.
