Recipe Introduction

This is a great fall recipe and with the Halloween colored M&Ms it is really pretty.

List of Ingredients

1 pkg. (11 oz.) pretzels
1 pkg. (10 1/2 oz.) mini peanut butter filled Ritz crackers
1 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. butter
2 T. vanilla
1 t baking soda
1 pkg. (10 oz.) M&M's
1 pkg. (18 1/2 oz.) candy corn


Recipe

In a large bowl, combine the pretzels, crackers and peanuts.

In a large sauce pan, combine sugar, butter and corn syrup. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda. (Mixture will foam.) Pour over pretzel mixture and stir until coated. Pour into a greased 15 in. x 10 in. x 1 in. baking pan.

Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes. Break apart while warm. Toss with M&M's and candy corn when completely cooled.
