Juice of 1 orange
Grated peel of 1 orange
1 c. sugar
1 qt. pecan halves



Recipe



Combine juice, peel, and sugar in saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil. Reduce heat and add pecans; cook (stirring gently) until liquid is absorbed. Turn onto waxed paper and quickly separate pecans. Let dry and store in tightly covered container.
