1 (16 oz) pkg Quaker Oat Squares (8 C)
1 (3 oz) can chow mein noodles (1 1/2 C)
1 C cashews or peanuts
1/3 C vegetable oil
3 T soy sauce
1 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
Recipe
Heat oven to 250ºF. Combine first 3 ingredients in 13x9 pan. Set aside.
Combine remaining 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Quickly pour over cereal mixture. Stir to coat evenly.
Bake 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
Cool and serve. Makes 10 cups.
