DO NOT make the mistake of adding more horseradish!! Try it as written first and then make a decision.


List of Ingredients




1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup finely chopped cooked ham
1 teaspoon horseradish
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Dash of hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup very finely chopped nuts
Pretzel sticks

Recipe



Combine all ingredients except nuts and pretzel sticks. Form into 3/4-inch balls. Roll the balls in nuts. Refrigerate several hours.

Stick a pretzel stick into each ball at time of serving.

Makes 2 dozen balls.
