1 cup shredded roast beef or 1 small can of beef
6 cups beef broth or water and beef base to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

1-1/2 cups flour

Mix dry ingredients, add egg and mixt until it holds together. Crumble and rub the dough with your fingers into the boiling broth. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
