2 cups potatoes, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup onion, diced
1 quart chicken stock
2 cans cream chicken soup
1 pound velvetta cheese, cut in chunks
1 (10 ounce) frozen cauliflower
1 (10 ounce) frozen chopped broccoliRecipe
Put potatoes, onions, celery and stock in a large pot, simmer 30 minutes. Add frozen vegetables, soup and cheese.
Simmer until vegetables are thoroughly cooked and flavors are blended. Serve warm.
