4 ounces bacon, diced
1 cup chopped onion
2-1/2 quarts chicken broth
4 cups diced potatoes
1 cup cooked noodles, drained
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
In a large saucepot, cook bacon and onion until onion is tender and bacon crisp. Add chicken broth and potatoes; bring to a boil. Simmer until potatoes are tender. Stir in noodles, salt, and pepper; simmer for 10 minutes.
