List of Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
3 cans (16 oz. each) Mexican style chili beans, undrained
1 can (16 oz.) whole kernel corn
1 1/2 cups water
1 (4.5 oz.) can chopped green chillies
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 envelope ranch dressing mix
Recipe
Using a Dutch oven, brown the beef and onions. Drain grease. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
Yield: 3 1/2 quarts. May be frozen for 3 months.
