    Asparagus-Water Chestnut Casserole

    1 can water chestnuts, drained, sliced
    8 oz. can mushrooms, sliced
    1 sm. jar pimientos, diced, drained
    2 cans asparagus spears, drained
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can French-fried onion rings

    Recipe



    Arrange asparagus in greased casserole dish. Mix water chestnuts, mushrooms, pimientos and egg with mushroom soup; pour over asparagus. Bake in 350ºF oven for 20 minutes. Top with onion rings and bake 10 minutes longer.
