List of Ingredients




8 ounces white button mushrooms, whole or sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon white wine
Salt and Pepper to taste, if desired
4 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Recipe



Sauté mushrooms, garlic, onion and butter for 5 minutes, stirring often. Add white wine and, if desired, salt and pepper and cook for 5 more minutes. Remove the pan from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve immediately.
