1 pkg. frozen peas or 2 cans LeSuer peas (I prefer the latter)
2 can mushrooms (4 oz)
1 tsp soy sauce
1 stick butter
2 med. onions, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Salt & pepper to taste

Drain peas. Saute onions and celery in 3/4 stick butter until soft. Add mushroom juice and flour and cook until thickened. Add remaining ingredients except the buttered stuffing crumbs. Turn into casserole dish. Just before baking, cover with crumbs which have been moistened with butter. Bake 350 degrees until well heated. May be made ahead.
