List of Ingredients




1 (10 oz) pkg frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup corn flakes, crushed
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mayonaise
1 Tbs ketchup
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbs olive oil
1/2 cup cheese, grated

Recipe



Combine all ingredients except oil and cheese. Using about 1/3 cup shape mixture into patties. Heat oil over medium heat. Cook patties about 5 min on each side or until golden brown. Top with cheese of your choice.
