Spinach with Sour Cream

List of Ingredients
1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen, chopped spinach
1 T. grated onion
2 eggs
3/4 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
2 T. margarine
1 T. flour
salt & pepper

Cook spinach with onion in 1/2 c. water. Drain well!
Beat eggs and mix with all ingredients.
Bake in greased 1.5 qt. casserole at 350º for 25 - 30 mins. or until center is set.
Do not overcook or it will separate.
