1 C. basil leaves
1/4 C. Parmesan Cheese
1/4 C. pine nuts
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
6 Kalamata olives
1/4 C. olive oil
Additional olive oil and bread for servingRecipe
Using a food processor, combine the basil, cheese, pine nuts, garlic, salt & olives. Process until ingredients form a paste. Slowly add the olive oil.
To serve, place a dime-sized portion of pesto on a plate. Top generously with olive oil to create dipping consistency. Serve with your favorite bread.
