    2 PKG. (10 OZ. EACH) FROZEN SPINACH, CHOPPED (THAWED & DRAINED)
    6 EGGS, SLIGHTLY BEATEN
    3/4 C. MELTED BUTTER OR MARGARINE
    2 C. PKG. STUFFING MIX (PEPPERIDGE FARM OR STOVE TOP)
    1 C. PARMESAN CHEESE
    SALT AND PEPPER, TO TASTE

    MIX TOGETHER AND MAKE INTO 1 INCH BALLS (CAN BE FROZEN AT THIS POINT). BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 20-30 MINUTES. MAKES SIX DOZEN.
