LIGHTLY MIX BEEF, RICE, ONION AND SEASONINGS. SHAPE INTO 12
MEAT BALLS. FRY IN HOT OIL, TURNING FREQUENTLY, UNTIL GOLDEN
BROWN ON ALL SIDES. POUR ON TOMATO SAUCE AND WATER. COVER
AND SIMMER 45 MINUTES. MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
