1 C. warm water
2 TBS butter or margarine
1 egg
3 1/4 C. bread flour
1/4 C. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. yeast
Recipe
Place all ingredients in machine in order recommended.
(I put the egg, butter, sugar and salt in, then add the warm water, then the flour and on top the yeast).
Use dough cycle and when done take out and shape into 12-15 rolls. You can either place them a little ways apart on a cookie sheet (this will give you browned sides) or place them in a 9x13 cake pan. Either Way, spray with pam first. Cover and let rise. Bake at 350 12-15 minutes or till golden. Smear butter over the tops and enjoy.
