    8 SLICES WHITE BREAD
    2 1/2 C. MILK
    3/4 LB. SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
    1/2 TSP. DRY MUSTARD
    2 LBS. HAM
    1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
    4 EGGS
    1/2 C. MILK

    CUT BREAD IN CUBES AND PLACE IN GREASED 9X13 INCH CASSEROLE.
    GRATE THE CHEESE AND SPREAD OVER BREAD. CUBE HAM AND
    ARRANGE OVER CHEESE. BEAT EGGS WITH MILK AND MUSTARD,
    POUR OVER, THEN REGRIGERATE OVERNIGHT. MIX THE MUSHROOM
    SOUP WITH THE 1/2 C. MILK AND POUR OVER THE CASSEROLE. BAKE
    AT 350 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR. IT SERVES BETTER IF YOU WAIT 10 MINUTES.
