Pumpkin Waffles

List of Ingredients
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. pumpkin pulp, mashed
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Recipe
Sift dry ingredients together. Mix well with eggs, milk, cooking oil and pumpkin. Stir in nuts. Bake in hot waffle iron. Serves 4.
Note: Whole wheat flour may be substituted.
