    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    Dash allspice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple, with syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins

    Recipe



    Sift together dry ingredients. Add oil, eggs, carrots, pineapple with syrup and vanilla. Mix until moist, beat one minute. Add raisins. Bake in greased, lightly floured 9x9x2 inch pan at 350 for 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan.
