    List of Ingredients




    CAKE:

    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (undrained)
    1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts

    TOPPING:

    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. INSTANT vanilla pudding
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
    1/4 c. coconut (optional garnish for top)

    Recipe



    CAKE:

    Mix all together and beat well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

    TOPPING:

    Beat together and spread over cooled cake.


    Keep refrigerated.
