    This is a traditional holiday favorite. It usually only lasts for a day or two. Great with or without whipped topping.

    List of Ingredients




    1 Can (30 oz) pumpkin
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 cup milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp ground cloves
    1 box yellow cake mix
    3/4 cup chopped nuts
    1 cup butter, melted

    Recipe



    1. Blend first 9 ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13 baking pan.
    2. Sprinkle DRY cake mix and nuts over pumpkin mixture. Pour melted butter over all.
    3. Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 1 hour. Cool and refrigerate. Can be frozen.
