    Five Minute Fudge

    Recipe Introduction

I don't even remember who I first heard this recipe from. It was told by word of mouth and it's so incredibly easy. Five minutes, two ingredients.
Take one can of frosting, one package of chocolate chips, and put them in a microwavable bowl. Microwave at 70% power for 2 minutes. Stir until all the chocolate chips are melted into the icing. Pour into an 8x8 dish. I like to line mine with parchment paper so it just pops out for easy cutting. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut, serve, enjoy! I like to use a pizza cutter to cut nice even pieces. The variations that you can make are endless.

I added some mint flavouring (or use mint chocolate chips) and crushed some candy canes on top.

Use dark frosting and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Add some nuts on top.

Use vanilla frosting with white chocolate chips. Mix in some dried cranberries & nuts.

Use butterscotch frosting & butterscotch chips.

Makes a great neighbour gift too.
