Chicken Stir Fry with Walnuts

1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast, cut up in strips or cubes
2 medium green peppers,cut into 3/4" pieces
4 green onions, bias sliced into 1" lengths
2 carrots, diagonally sliced
2 stalks celery, diagonally sliced
1 c. walnuts
Bean sprouts
1 tsp. grated gingeroot
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 tbsp. cooking oil
Recipe
Put oil into wok, when hot throw in chicken and gingerroot, cook two minutes, add carrots, cook 1 minute and then add celery, stir to coat with oil, add green onions, stir, add green peppers, add walnuts and bean sprouts. Stir all together and cook 1 minute more. Add sherry, mix other ingredients together and pour into wok. Stir until thickened. Serve over rice.
