DRAIN THE LIQUID FROM THE CHICK PEAS. PUT ALL INGREDIENTS INTO FOOD PROCESSOR (EXCEPT PITA BREAD); BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH; CHILL HUMMOUS; SERVE WITH PITA BREAD.
