1 1/4 C. WATER
4 1/2 C. FLOUR
FILLINGS:
1. MASHED POTATOES WITH GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE, EGG, SALT AND PEPPER.
2. DRY COTTAGE CHEESE OR FARMERS CHEESE.
3. SAUERKRAUT, SAUTEED WITH FRIED BACON BITS, BROWN SUGAR, SALT AND PEPPER.
4. THIN SLICED LUNCH MEATS.
5. DRAINED CANNED FRUITS.
6. LEFTOVER COOKED VEGETABLES.Recipe
MAKE DOUGH. FILL WITH WHATEVER FILLING YOU WANT. FOLD OVER AND CRIMP EDGES. PUT IN BOILING WATER UNTIL THE PIEROGI'S FLOAT. COOL. FRY IN BUTTER. SERVE WITH SOUR CREAM.
