COOK TOGETHER MILK AND CORNSTARCH UNTIL THICK; COOL. CREAM TOGETHER SUGAR AND BUTTER UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY. ADD COOLED MILK AND VANILLA; WHIP UNTIL MIXTURE LOOKS LIKE WHIPPED CREAM.
