List of Ingredients
1. CRACK OLIVES FIRST.
2. CLEAN AND SOAK IN COLD WATER 6 DAYS.
3. CHANGE WATER EACH MORNING AND NIGHT.
4. AFTER 6 DAYS:
DRAIN OLIVES. PLACE IN CLEAN JARS. FILL JARS
TO BEND OF JAR, UNDER NECK.
5. PLACE IN EACH JAR:
1 TBSP. SALT
3 TBSP. VINEGAR
3 TBSP. OLIVE OIL
1 CLOVE OF GARLIC, CUT IN HALF
BLACK PEPPER, TO TASTE
2 TSP. OREGANO
FILL JAR WITH COLD WATER TO COVER OLIVES, PLACE COVER
ON JAR, AND ROTATE JAR TO MIX SEASONINGS. OLIVES SHOULD
BE READY IN THREE TO FOUR WEEKS.
