1/3 C. WHOLE MILK
1 LB. CARAMELS
1/2 LB. SANDERS MILK CHOCOLATE
1 C. VANILLA ICE CREAM, SOFTENED
1 TSP. VANILLARecipe
PLACE MILK AND CARAMELS IN A DOUBLE BOILER, HEAT AND STIR UNTIL HOT, SMOOTH CREAM IS OBTAINED. CHOP THE CHOCOLATE AND ADD IT TO THE ABOVE HOT CREAM. STIR UNTIL MELTED. ADD SOFT ICE CREAM AND VANILLA AND STIR UNTIL SMOOTH.
VARIATION: INSTEAD OF USING WHOLE MILK, SUBSTITUTE 1/3 C. STRONG COFFEE.
