FOR 6 EGGS USE 1/8 TSP. BAKING POWDER
DOUGH:
MIX EGGS AND FLOUR TO MAKE A SOFT DOUGH.
ROLL INTO A THIN ROPE, SLICE INTO 1/2 INCH PIECES. FRY IN HOT OIL UNTIL GOLDEN. DRAIN ON PAPER TOWEL.
TOPPING:
HONEY AND A LITTLE SUGAR, NUTS AND WHOLE CINNAMON.
COOK HONEY AND SUGAR TOGETHER UNTIL IT COMES TO A BOIL, ADD BINGULATHA, NUTS AND WHOLE CINNAMON. STIR UNTIL WELL COATED. PUT ON A PLATTER. WET HANDS WITH VERY COLD WATER. PRESS TO MAKE STICK TOGETHER IN A MOUND. PUT CHOPPED CHOCOLATE AND POWDERED SUGAR ON TOP.
NOTE: USE 1/4 THE AMOUNT OF SUGAR AS HONEY.
