2 SLICES OF DAY OLD BREAD (LEFT OVER HOT DOG BUNS AND
HAMBURGER BUNS WORK JUST FINE TOO)
1/2 MILK
1/2 - 3/4 C. CHUNK HAM OR WHATEVER MEAT YOU WANT TO
ADD (WHATEVER IS LEFT OVER IN THE REFRIGERATOR)
OR EVEN A HOT DOG CHUNKED UP WOULD WORK
1/2 - 3/4 C. OF WHATEVER VEGETABLES YOU HAVE IN THE HOUSE.
(GREEN ONION, GREEN PEPPER, BROCCOLI, RED PEPPER,
CELERY, ETC.)
1/2 - 3/4 C. CHEESE (ANY KIND YOU LIKE)
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
CHIVES AND PARSLEY TO GARNISH

SPRAY GLASS LOAF PAN WITH NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY. CUBE BREAD AND PLACE IN BOTTOM OF LOAF PAN. IN MEDIUM BOWL, MIX 4 EGGS WITH 1/2 C. MILK, SALT AND PEPPER. POUR 1/2 EGG MIXTURE OVER BREAD. LAYER REMAINING INGREDIENTS (MEAT, VEGETABLES AND CHEESE). POUR REMAINING EGG MIXTURE OVER THE TOP. COVER WITH FOIL AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT (OR AT LEAST 4 HOURS). PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. LET STAND AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES BEFORE BAKING. BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES COVERED WITH FOIL AND THEN 40-45 MINUTES UNCOVERED. ADD ADDITIONAL CHEESE ON TOP (IF DESIRED) AND LET MELT FOR 2 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET SIT FOR A FEW MINUTES BEFORE SERVING. MAKES 3-4 SERVINGS.
